You will receive and participate in a wholly customized, individualized protocol for balance, harmony, and well-being while accessing some of the resort's top amenities. Experience a sense of upliftment as you immerse yourself in this elite wellness program designed for you by our staff to renew your body, mind, and spirit. When booked, guests will also receive a $50 per room resort credit to apply during your stay.
Please note that reservations for the Intentional Wellness Package must be made a minimum of 14 days in advance and requires a 3-night minimum stay. Availability is limited.

YOUR GUIDE
As a published author and true Yogi at heart, Colleen Inman brings a wealth of knowledge to guests. Since 2000, Inman has been training in Dahn, Hatha and Taoist lineage practices and philosophy of Yoga, Medical Qigong, Yang and Chen taijiquan, bagua, kung fu, TCM, and astrology. With focuses on reshaping breathing techniques, physically releasing tension, helping to create a pattern of peaceful thoughts and many others, guests that spend one-on-one time with Colleen will walk away refreshed and armed with new knowledge to apply to day-to-day life.
