OAXACA COCKTAIL

Smokey, minerality, molé. A play on the classic ‘manhattan’. This cocktail has a lot of depth. Notes of bitter dark chocolate, chiles, and orange peel.

Ingredients

  • 1oz Mezcal Naran

  • .75oz Alessio Chinato

  • .5oz Ancho Reyes Rojo

  • .25oz Tempus Fugit Crème de Cacao

Process

  • Stir. Strain into Nick & Nora. Express orange oil over the top and garnish with peel.
