This spirit forward, light, dry & citrus cocktail is fond of a martini. This medium-bodied cocktail offers notes of yuzu, pepper and a very light white wine. 

Ingredients

  • .75oz Tito’s Vodka

  • .75oz Dimmi

  • .75oz Carpano Dry

  • .75oz Yuzuri

  • 1 Dash Lemon Bitters

Process

  • Stir & Strain into a Nick & Nora. Express Lemon oil over the top and Garnish with peel
