We are complying with all state and local government guidelines and have been Safe Certified by the Arizona Lodging and Tourism Association.
General Protocols for Team Members & Property
Hand sanitizer stations available throughout the property
Masks are worn at guest and employee discretion
Enhanced and frequent sanitation protocols are implemented throughout the property with EPA approved disinfectant
Guest Services
Contact-less check in and check out options available
Valet parking only – all contact points on the vehicle will be sanitized
Enhanced sanitizing of golf carts after each guest use
Activities
Mask wearing is at the guests’ own discretion
Hand sanitizer/washing station is available before and after activities
Dining
Both indoor and outdoor facilities are open
All dining staff will follow mandatory enhanced sanitizing and hygiene protocols in between sittings
Housekeeping
Thorough and frequent cleaning of high-touch public areas
Electrostatic disinfectant will be deployed
Guest rooms cleaned and sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectant on hard and soft surfaces prior to arrival
Any guest requested items will be delivered and placed outside of the room
Ozone cleaning will be used regularly in guest rooms and public areas, designed to eliminate contaminants at a cellular level
Ozone treatment is available during your stay upon request – guest must vacate the room during the process
Spa
Reservations are required for services
Therapists will clean and disinfect cabanas between each guest and at the end of each day, including wiping every surface and will keep open for airflow
Hand sanitizer is available in all spa cabanas
Linens, facial towels, cleaning rags, and any other equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each use
Each cabana will be ozone cleaned on a weekly basis for enhanced sanitation
